Banff Springs Fairmont and Bow River
This a view of the hotel looking across the Bow river from the outskirts of Banff. The hotel which opened at the end of the nineteenth century is an original Canadian Pacific Railways property. It was built to draw tourist, who would of course have to take the train to their destination.
