Sainte Mere Eglise
The bell tower at Sainte-Mere-Eglise. Paratroopers from the 82nd and 101st U.S. Airborne Divisions dropped into the town in the early hours of D-Day. One paratrooper was caught on the church tower. A manican replica hangs there now.
